These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RankZero mobile app ("RankZero", "the app"), operated by OriKone LLC ("we", "us"). By using RankZero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Who can use RankZero

You must be at least 17 years old to use RankZero. You are responsible for keeping your Apple account secure, since sign-in relies on Sign in with Apple.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use RankZero on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.

Subscriptions

RankZero offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, RankZero Pro, with monthly and annual options and an introductory free trial where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Use of the subscription is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Acceptable use

RankZero includes social features such as squads and leaderboards. When you choose a handle or interact with others, you agree not to use content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that impersonates another person. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

The habits, reflections, and progress you create are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display this content solely to operate the app and the features you use.

Disclaimers

RankZero is a self-improvement tool. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OriKone LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RankZero. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OriKone LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
